The power units of the ESE series have been engineered
for use in industry and are fitted with high-reliability air
and water cooled 3000 rpm diesel motors. Particular
attention has been given to the degree of protection from
external agents and safeguarding of the motor and

electric parts from power overloads and temperature
hikes by means of automatic systems capable of stopping
the unit in case of operation failures.
The MPL ASX series units are particularly silent thanks
to an internally insulated soundproof cabin and to an
advanced combustion fume exhaust soundproofing
system. The alternators used are of the synchronous self-
excited self-adjusting type capable of producing extremely
high breakaway currents with voltage stability below 5%.
