Installation of HPD12/14/16/20/25/32D/40D/50D
Bei Arbeiten rund um den Motor herum, diesen immer abschotten, damit keinerlei
Fremdkörper eindringen kann.
When working around the motor, always protect it accordingly to prevent the ingression of
foreign matters.
•
Befestigen Sie den Motor über harte Schwingungsdämpfer oder direkt an den
Befestigungsgewinden an der Rückseite. Das Anzugsmoment dieser Schrauben sollte 4-6Nm
betragen. Die Befestigung muss einem Drehmoment von mindestens dem doppelten
Motorspitzendrehmoment, welches man der jeweiligen Motorentabelle entnhemen kann,
standhalten.
Connect the motor with hard rubber dampers or direct through screws M6 at the backsideconnector
with a torque of 4-6NM. The mounting has to withstand a torque of min. twice as much as the
motorpeaktorque, which is shown in each motortable. / Attach the motor via hard vibration dampers
or directly to the fastening threads on the rear side. The tightening torque for these screws should
be 4 to 6Nm. After mounting, the attachment must withstand a torque of at least 150Nm for the
HPD12/16 and 300Nm for the HPD32D. Connect the motor with hard rubber dampers or direct
through screws M6 at the backsideconnector with a torque of 4-6NM. The mounting has to

Schließen Sie die drei Motorphasen U/V/W am MC300 an. Die Motorkabel sollten so eng wie
möglich beieinanderliegen.
Connect the three power cables U/V/W to the MC300 terminals. Put the three cables close together.

Stecken Sie den Temperatursensor am PI 300 an. Connect the Temperature Sensor the motor
temperature terminals of the MC300.
Connect the temperature sensor to the PI 300. Connect the Temperature Sensor the motor
temperature terminals of the MC300.

Der Kühlluftstrom muss unbehindert durch die 36 Wicklungen und den 42 Austrittsbohrungen treten
können. Bitte halten Sie einen Abstand von mindestens 30mm hinter den Wicklungen oder
Ansaugöffnungen ein.
The cooling air flow must be able to pass unhindered through the 36 windings and the 42 outlet
holes. Please maintain a distance of at least 30mm behind the windings or intake openings, for
incoming airflow. See also section motorcooling.
