Maintenance schedule

The annual inspection must be carried out by an expert.
Check safety devices:

Vacuum pressure gauge
-
Warning device (battery test) switches when the
underpressure/overpressure is correct
- Load securing chain Visual inspection 1)
Check vacuum filter, replace if necessary
Vacuum pump (see also separate operating instructions)
Change the oil and oil filter every 500 - 2000 operating
hours, at the latest after 6 months (oil volume 1.5 litres, for
oil type see separate operating and maintenance
instructions for the vacuum pump)
Are the vacuum hoses in good condition (not brittle, not kinked,
no chafe marks and therefore leak-proof)?
Are all connections tight (hose clamps etc.)?
Type, load and warning plates complete and legible?
Operating and maintenance instructions available and known to
the operators?
Check load-bearing parts (e.g. suspension) for deformation,
wear or other damage.
Clean/check suction plates, no cracks,
sealing lip homogeneous etc.? Replace if necessary
Has the inspection sticker been renewed?
General condition of the device
Leak test
Drain condensation water
Status of the load safety chain 1)

As soon as the load has been absorbed by the load-securing chain, the load-securing chain must be professionally
checked and replaced if necessary. Damaged load-securing chains must no longer be used!
6.3 Cleaning suction plates/sealing lips
•
Clean the sealing lips at least once a week to remove adhering objects, dirt and dust. Use glycerine for
cleaning.

Replace damaged sealing lips (cracks, holes, corrugation) immediately.

Do not use petroleum ether to clean the appliance. White spirit is highly flammable and develops harmful
vapours. Use cold cleaning agents. Do not smoke when doing so. Do not use corrosive liquids for cleaning.
This would cause the supply hose to leak or be destroyed.
