8. MONTAGE VAN DE
LAMELLEN VOOR
PIVOT PER MM
• Er zijn 2 mogelijke draairichtingen van
de lamellen. Kijk goed naar de gekozen
oriëntatie. A
A1. Zonlicht binnentrekken bij openen.
A2. Zonlicht tegenhouden bij openen.
• Plaats de vaste lamel op het spanprofiel
aan de motorzijde (S2). Schroef vast met
de bijhorende schroeven 3,5 x 16. B
Opmerking: Zorg ervoor dat de vaste
lamel volledig tegen het span-profiel
geschroefd is, anders zal het afwerkings-
profiel welke in deze vaste lamel komt, niet
mooi in lijn liggen met de andere lamellen.
• Plaats het draagprofiel aan de andere
spanzijde (S1). Schroef vast met de bijho-
rende bouten M4 x 12 (met inbussleutel).
In het spanprofiel is reeds schroefdraad
voorzien. C
• Kit de boven rand van het draagprofiel af
over de volle dige breedte. D
Gebruik transparante silicone geschikt
voor gepoederlakte aluminium oppervlak-
ken. Wij adviseren de meegeleverde Seal-
trans (1011).
Bij voorkeur te gebruiken in combinatie
met de meegeleverde ontvetter FA Clean
(2933) en de hechtingsprimer Special
Primer (1010 / 5015).

PRÈS
• Il y a 2 directions possibles pour les lames.
Regardez bien l'orientation choisie. A
A1. Perméable à la lumière pendant l'ou-
verture des lames.
A2. Protection solaire pendant l'ouverture
des lames.
• Placez la lame fixe sur le profil cadre span
du côté du moteur (S2). Fixez-le à l'aide
des vis correspondantes 3,5 x 16. B
Remarque : Veillez à ce que la lame fixe
soit vissée à fond contre le profil cadre
span, sinon le profilé de finition qui entre
dans cette lame fixe ne sera pas bien
aligné avec les autres lames.
• Placez le profil porteur de l'autre côté span
(S1). Fixez à l'aide des boulons correspon-
dants M4 x 12 (avec clé allen). Un filetage
est déjà prévu dans le profil Span. C
• Étan chez le côté supé rieur du profil porteur
sur toute la largeur. D
Utilisez du silicone transparent qui convient
pour des surfaces en aluminium thermo-
laqué. Nous vous conseillons le silicone
fourni Sealtrans (1011).
À utiliser de préférence en combinaison
avec le dégraissant fourni FA Clean (2933)
et avec la couche de base fournie Special
Primer (1010 / 5015).

AUF DEN MM
• Es gibt für die Lamellen zwei mögliche
Drehrichtungen. Achten Sie genau auf die
gewählte Ausrichtung. A
A1. Sonnenlicht herein lässt beim Öffnen
der Lamellen.
A2. Sonnenschutz beim Öffnen der Lamel-
len.
• Setzen Sie die feststehende Lamelle auf
das Span-Profil auf der Motorseite (S2).
Mit den zugehörigen 3,5 x 16 Schrauben
festschrauben. B
Hinweis: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
feststehende Lamelle vollständig an das
Spannprofil geschraubt ist, da sonst das
Abschlussprofil, das in diese feste Lamelle
eingearbeitet wird, nicht richtig mit den
anderen Lamellen ausgerichtet ist.
• Platzieren Sie das Trägerprofil auf der
anderen Span-Seite (S1). Mit den zugehö-
rigen Bolzen M4 x 12 festschrauben (mit
Inbusschlüssel). Das Span-Profil ist bereits
mit Gewinde ausgestattet. C
• Bringen Sie die Dichtung am oberen Rand
des Tragprofils auf der gesamten Breite an.
D
Verwenden Sie transparentes Silikon, das
für pulverlackierte Aluminiumoberflächen
geeignet ist. Wir empfehlen die mitgelie-
ferte Silikon Sealtrans (1011).
Vorzugsweise zusammen mit das mitge-
lieferte Entfetter FA Clean (2933) und
die Grundschicht Special Primer (1010 /
5015).

BLADES FOR PIVOT
ON THE MM
• There are 2 possible rotation directions for
the louvre blades. Check the chosen orien-
tation carefully. A
A1. Sun entering when opening the blades.
A2. Sun protective when opening the
blades.
• Fit the fixed louvre blade on the span
profile on the motor side (S2). Screw on
securely using the appropriate 3.5 x 16
screws. B
Note: Make sure that the fixed blade
is screwed completely against the span
profile, otherwise the finishing profile that
comes into this fixed blade will not line up
nicely with the other blades.
• Fit the support profile on the other span
side (S1). Screw on securely using the
appropriate M4 x 12 screws (Allen key).
The span profile is already provided with a
screw thread. C
• Apply sealant on the upper edge of the
support profile over the full width. D
Use
transparent
silicone
suitable
for
powder coated aluminium surfaces. We
recommend the included silicone Sealtrans
(1011).
Preferably to be used in combination with
the included degreaser FA Clean (2933)
and the included Special Primer (1010 /
5015).
