Only use clean liquids.
Observe the resistance to the liquid.
Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the voltage
indicated.
Provide the power supply in damp locations with fault current
breakers.
Only qualified electricians may carry out changes to the mains
connections (e.g. mounting an ex-proof CEE circular plug).
Observe the operating instructions of the containers.
Place the container so that pump, motor and container
cannot be damaged and no person will be hurt.
Attention – pump and motor protrude.
Risk of injury due to open drive shaft. Never operate the motor
without pump.
The area around the pump must be secured so that nobody can
tear off the pump.
Secure the hose from sliding off the hose connector.
Motor and pump must be supported.
Fix the hose on the container to avoid mechanical stress on the
pump and the container.
Observe the operating instructions of the motors.
When using compressed-air motors use the delivered silencer or
an exhaust hose.
Observe the maximum operating pressure of the compressed air-
motors and use a service unit.
Protect motors without no-volt release against accidental starting.
After use close the stop valve on the container (e.g. IBC
container) and take off the motor.
Check the seat of the motor. Only operate the pump when the
union nut between the pump and the motor ist tightened hand-
tight.
Use pump only for its intended use.
Do not expose the pump to the weather.
Operate pump only with a suitable hose.
There must be a stop valve between pump and container.
No dry-run.
Avoid longer operation (max. 5 minutes) at closed suction or
pressure side.
