5.4 Setting temperatures
Notice
Cooling is available on each heating circuit. The heat-
ing circuit must be configured as a cooling circuit at
the commissioning stage.
Notice
For cooling, the remote control available as an acces-
sory is required.
Notice
A change in the set room temperature automatically
shifts the heating and cooling curve. The cooling curve
is based on a room temperature set value of 22 °C.
Notice
All temperatures can be set / changed using the same
procedure.
You can set different set temperatures for each heating circuit.
If the accessory for cooling is installed in your heating system,
cooling is available on each heating circuit. The heating circuit
has to have been set up by the installer as a cooling circuit
during the commissioning process. Cooling circuit parameters
can be edited only for an enabled cooling circuit.

Notice
The heating limit is calculated using the average out-
side temperature.
If the outside temperature changes suddenly, note the
average outside temperature.

5.5 Setting the heating and cooling limit
With the heating limit you set the average outside tempera-
ture below which the heating function of the heating circuit
is enabled. If the average outside temperature is higher than
the set value, heating is not enabled.
With the cooling limit you set the average outside temper-
ature at which the cooling function of the heating circuit is
enabled. The cooling limit also applies in applications using
passive cooling. If the average outside temperature is lower
than the set value, cooling is not enabled.
There must be a difference of 5 K between the heating and
cooling limits.
f On the start screen, press the selection button.
f Open the menu.

5.6 Adjusting the heating and cooling curve
With weather-compensated heating control, the current flow
temperature (VLT) is determined based on the outside temper-
ature. A heating and cooling curve is used for this purpose. The
heating and cooling curve is set via three parameters.

Heating only takes place if the average outside temperature
over the previous 10 hours (standard setting) is lower than the
set heating limit.
If the room temperature is too low or too high, you can make
small adjustments to the heating curve yourself with the aid of
the following table. The standard setting for the heating curve
is carried out by your installer.
Since the building can only process any changes to settings
slowly, we recommend adjusting by just one step (2 °C) per day.
