OPERATION
Appliance description

The appliance may be used by children over 8 years
of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or a lack of experience and
expertise, provided that they are supervised or they
have been instructed on how to use the appliance
safely and have understood the potential risks. Chil-
dren must never play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children without supervision.

ERROR fault messages may be remedied only by
bodies authorised by us.
Before starting work on the heat pump, all poles
must be disconnected from the power supply and
secured against reconnection.
Improper alteration of settings by third parties will
result in the cancellation of all warranties and guar-
antees.
3. Appliance description
The device has been developed for use in a wide range of
different systems. It is possible, therefore, that not all of the
functions mentioned will be used with your system.
The device provides automated control of heat pump heating
systems with a cooling function and with DHW heating.
The basic control unit can control the following heating cir-
cuits / heat generators:
- 1x direct circuit (heating and cooling)
- 1x mixer circuit (heating and cooling)
- 1x directly heated DHW cylinder
- 1x heat pump (heating and cooling)
- 1x additional heat generator (electric auxiliary heater in
basic version)
3.1 Controls
All settings required by the system can be performed using
the programming unit on the heat pump.
If installed, you can also use the WP-RT Touch programming
unit to perform settings.
3.2 Accessories
Room based remote controls can be installed in a room if re-
quired.
The WP-RT Touch programming unit can also be used as the
main programming unit.

4. Operation
The programming unit is mounted on the heat pump in a
plastic cover. The programming unit has two buttons and an
illuminated display.

Notice
The system-specific parameters are protected by a
code to prevent unintentional modification. The pa-
rameters that serve to adapt the device to your per-
sonal requirements are not protected by a code.
