USE AND OPERATION
– When the appliance is not used for a short
time, reduce the oil temperature to the mini-
mum level or switch off the appliance to pre-
vent unnecessary gas consumption and oil
ageing.
– Change the oil when it smokes between 160
and 180°C or when it becomes dark in colour.
The appliance is fi tted with the controls for use
of its main functions.

Time setting key: used to set the cooking
time (for information on the use of this fun-
ction, see page 19).
Preheating key: activates and deactivates
the function which maintains the tempera-
ture at 100°C (melting function).
Value increase key: used to increase the va-
lue of the selected parameter.
Value decease key: used to decrease the va-
lue of the selected paramete. In the event of
alarms, resets the current alarm.
