Einbaulage
Das Ventil wird unter dem Tank eingebaut.
Es muss gewährleistet sein, dass Ventilgehäuse und
Rohrleitungssystem sicher leerlaufen können.

Werden die Ventile mit
angeschraubtem Gehäu-
seanschluss H_A/T/F
(420) geliefert, zuerst die
Schrauben (206) lösen und
den Gehäuseanschluss
(420) abnehmen.

Beim Einschweißen des
Gehäuseanschlusses
(420) in den Tank muss
eine Schweißvorrich-
tung (s. Ersatzteilliste
221ELI004121G.
im Anhang) verwendet
werden. Dabei ist die
Schweißanweisung
(WPS) 221RLI004112D
für Gehäuseanschluss
H_A/T/F im Anhang
zu beachten.

Zur Herstellung der Anschlussverrohrung am Gehäu-
sestutzen (401) muss an geeigneter Stelle eine lösbare
Rohrverbindung geschaffen werden. Nur dann kann
der O-Ring (205) bei Bedarf ausgetauscht werden.
• Ventileinsatz ausbauen (s. Kapitel „Demontage – Mon-
tage des Ventils").
• Gehäuse ohne Faltenbalg/Dichtringe in das Rohrlei-
tungssystem einschweißen, dazu:
• Gehäuse einpassen und heften.
• Gehäuse vor dem Schweißen immer verschließen.
• Gehäuse von innen mit Formiergas umspülen, um den
Sauerstoff aus dem System zu verdrängen.
• Geeignetes Schweißverfahren anwenden. GEA
Tuchenhagen empfiehlt WIG-Schweißverfahren mit
Pulsen.
• Das Gehäuse, wenn notwendig mit Schweißzusatz, in
das Rohrleitungssystem einschweißen.
