15. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

No mains voltage
Float switch (6) does not switch
Pump performance reduced due to
heavily contaminated and abrasive water
impurities
Float switch (6) cannot sink
Pump performance reduced due to

Motor protection switches off the pump
due to excessive water contamination
Water temperature too high, motor
protection switches off the device

Remedy
Check mains voltage
Move float switch (6) to higher position
Clean pump
Position the pump correctly on the bottom
of the shaft
Clean pump
Pull out mains plug and clean pump and
shaft
Observe the maximum water temperature
of 35°C!
