This system uses three tuning modes: namely This mode is selected when it is desirable to manually

Before proceeding with each operation, take
the following steps. Operate as follows.
@ Depress the power switch®.
Set the band changeover button@ to the
desired band (FM or AM).
B Set the sensitivity changeover button@ to
"DX". (LED lit.)
@ Depress the manual button®. (LED lit.)
Asingle push of the button changes 0.05 MHz with FM
and 9 kHz with AM. If this button is held down, the
frequency will change continuously.
