7. INSTALLATION AND TEST OF THE DEVICE
The following actions must be performed by persons authorized by the equipment supplier.

7.1. Installation conditions

1. Characteristics of the area to be installed
• To avoid damage to the unit, observe the following guidelines:
• The unit must be installed on a stable, flat, and adequately sturdy surface, otherwise the unit structure may warp.
• The device must be placed away from heat sources and places with high ambient temperature.
• The distance between the place where the device is connected to the power supply and the device itself should
be less than 1 m.
• The appliance should be installed in such a way as to leave sufficient space around it to allow unobstructed ope-
ration and maintenance.
• The back of the unit after installation should be at least 5 cm from the wall to ensure adequate air circulation.
• Observe the locally applicable laws and regulations regarding safety, installation of equipment and preparation
of food products.
2. Ambient conditions in the installation zone
• To avoid damage to the device, the following guidelines must be observed:
• The ambient temperature at the device installation site should be no lower than + 10

• The maximum permissible air humidity in the place of installation of the device is 80% rF.
• Do not use the device outdoors as it may be damaged by adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, frost).
