Avoid exposing the receiver to water drops or sprayed water. Do not place
objects that are filled with water, e.g. vases, on, above or next to the
receiver. There is a risk of electric shock.
Do not place any heavy objects on the receiver.

Safe connection

Only connect the appliance to a freely accessible, properly installed power
socket with 230V~50Hz.
The plug must be freely accessible so that you can pull the plug quickly and
easily from the mains supply in cases of emergency.
Lay the cable so that nobody is able to step on it or trip over it. Do not use
an extension cable.
Do not kink or crush the mains cable.
Always remove the mains plug from the socket.
Safe use
Pull the plug out of the mains socket and remove the aerial cable from the
appliance if you are not planning to use the appliance for a longer period of
time or if a storm is approaching.
The mains cable should not be wrapped around the appliance or be in
contact with hot surfaces during use.
Do not permit moisture to penetrate the casing. Never touch the appliance,
mains cable or plug with wet hands. There is a risk of electric shock.
If foreign bodies or liquids enter the appliance pull the mains plug from the
socket immediately. Arrange for a qualified specialist to check the appliance
before using it again. There is a risk of electric shock.
Never use the appliance if it has been damaged or if the mains cable or plug
shows signs of damage. Pull the mains plug out of the socket immediately if
the appliance is damaged. Never open the appliance. If there is a fault,
contact our Service Centre or another suitable professional repair shop.
The remote control has a Class 1 infra-red diode. Do not view the LED with
optical devices.
