Service intervals

Preventive maintenance
Check condition of plastic covers
Check machine compressed air supply (min.
8 bar / max. 10 bar)
Check the roller of the mounting head for
dirt
Treat and clean moving mechanical parts
with spray oil or kerosene and lubricate with
engine oil or a suitable grease.
Check amount of condensate in the filter
assembly. Drain condensate if necessary.
Check lubricating device for leakage of oil.
Check oil level in oil atomizer. Refill oil if
necessary.
Check oil level in gear unit. The minimum oil
level must always be maintained.

6.2.3 Checking the gear oil
1. Remove the screw plug with dipstick (A).
2. Check the oil level; it must not be below the
minimum mark (tapered section of dipstick).
3. If the oil level is below the minimum mark, add
no more than 500 ml of lubricant (see sec.
"Recommended lubricants").

6.2.4
1. Turn the red pushbutton (A) at the bottom of the
water separator clockwise up to the position shown
in the figure.
2. Press the knob to drain the accumulated
condensate.
3. Release the red push-button (A) so that it returns to
the initial position.
