3. While actuating the pedal to rotate the clamping
plate, allow the bead to run into the drop center and
keep turning until the lower tire bead reaches the
mounting head and runs under the edge of the rim.

To avoid damaging the tire bead, make sure it
runs into the rim drop center at the start of the
operation.

To facilitate this process it is advisable to press the
tire bead into the rim as the rim-chuck plate rotates.

In the case of tube-type tire, tilt the mounting column
to the rear by pressing the "mounting column" pedal.
Position the rim in such a manner that the hole for the
inner tube valve is at a roughly 90° angle to the position
of the mounting tool and insert the inner tube.
4. Repeat the same operations for the upper tire bead.

5. Press the mounting column pedal to move the
mounting column to the rest position.
6. Press the clamp claw pedal to release the rim.

5.3 Inflating
Dangerous situations may arise when inflating.
The operator must undertake the necessary
precautions to ensure safety.

Wear ear protection.
¶
Wear safety goggles.
¶
To protect the user from potential danger
during inflation, only inflate the tire to a
maximum of 3.5 bar while the tire is on the
rim-chuck plate.
¶
If the tire is inflated on the rim-chuck plate,
make sure that the rim-chuck claws do not
touch the outside of the rim.
¶
When inflating, avoid all distractions.
Constantly observe the tire inflation
pressure on the pressure gauge to avoid
over-inflation.

5.3.1 Filling with the inflation hose

Check beforehand if the rim is free and that the
clamp claws do not touch the rim.
1. Remove the cap from the valve.
2. Screw on the valve mechanism.
3. Connect the filling hose to the tire valve.
4. Inflate the tire with the pedal for the tire inflator
until the rated pressure is reached.
5.3.2 Inflation with inflation gun

2. Screw on the valve mechanism.
3. Connect the pistol for inflating tires to the tire valve.
4. Inflate the tire with the tire inflation pistol until the
