3. Mount the bead-breaker blade to the bead-breaker
arm by means of the included fastening material.

The movement of the bead-breaker blade must have
a certain friction.

4. Position the nylon washer on the pin of the bead-
breaker cylinder at the output port of the housing.

5. Insert the joint pin for the bead breaker into
the corresponding seat with the flat side facing
outwards.

The seat for the joint pin of the bead breaker is
a through hole. Place one hand under the seat to
prevent the pin from falling out in the first assembly
phase.

6. Insert the pin for the bead breaker into the seat on
the bead-breaker arm.
7. Position the rear part of the bead-breaker arm close
to the joint holes on the tire changing machine.

8. Secure the bead-breaker arm to the tire changing
machine using the included fastening material.

9. Place the locknut on the pin of the bead-breaker
