Pressure regulator with inlet pressure & outlet pressure gauge

Purge valve for process gas purging and 4-Port shut-off valve at inlet

Relief valve

Front plate and ground plate

S: safety valve at outlet
•
C: check valves at inlets
•
U: safety valve at outlet and check valves at inlets

This manifold is only available in stainless steel. It consists of the following components:
•
Pressure regulator with inlet pressure & outlet pressure gauge
•
Two 4-port purge valves for external inert gas purging and one purge valve
•
Relief valve
•
Front plate and ground plate
