2.3 RACCORDEMENT ELECTRIQUE

ATTENTION : Ce matériel n'est pas conforme à la CEI 61000-3-12.
S'il est connecté au système public d'alimentation basse tension, il
est de la responsabilité de l'installateur et de l'utilisateur du matériel
de s'assurer, en consultant l'opérateur du réseau de distribution si
nécessaire, que le matériel peut être connecté
Le NERTAJET 50 AUTO est livré pour fonctionner sur un réseau 440V. Pour son
utilisation sur un autre réseau, il est nécessaire d'intervenir sur son couplage en se
référant aux indications données dans le compartiment puissance à gauche, à côté
des barrettes de couplage.
Vérifier que la section du câble primaire est compatible avec la
consommation primaire de l'installation
( Voir dépliant FIGURE 7 à la fin de la notice) et que le
calibre des fusibles est compatible avec l'installation.
Raccorder le câble primaire 4 conducteurs aux bornes à vis prévues à cet effet.
Relier le chantier ou pièce à couper à votre réseau de terre tel
qu'il est défini dans le manuel « Consignes de sécurité ».
Voir ISUM 8695 4493 pour le raccordement à la machine.
2.4 RACCORDEMENT GAZ
Ces branchements sont à réaliser à l'arrière du poste. Deux entrées sont prévues :
Une entrée gaz de coupe raccord mâle ¼ gaz
une entrée gaz d'assistance raccord mâle 12/100
Respecter les pressions maximum d'alimentation 8 bars pour les
deux circuits gaz Coupe et Assistance.
Suivant la nature du gaz employé, respecter les consignes
d'utilisation (voir le manuel « Consignes de sécurité »).

CAUTION : This equipment does not comply with IEC 61000-
3-12. If it is connected to a public low voltage system, it is the
responsibility of the installer or user of the equipment to
ensure, by consultation with the distribution network operator if
necessary, that the equipment may be connected.
The NERTAJET 50 AUTOis delivered to run on a 440 V network. For its use on
another network, it is necessary to rework its coupling, referring to the information
given in the power compartment on the left, next to the connection strips.
Check that the primary cable section is compatible with the
welding set's primary consumption
( See fold-out FIGURE 7 at end of manual) and that
the rating of the fuses is compatible with the welding set.
Connect the 4-conductor primary cable to the screw terminals provided for this
purpose.
Connect the works or work piece to your earthing network as
defined in the « Safety instructions » manual.
See ISUM 8695 4493 for connection to the machine.
These connections are to be made at the rear of the set. There are two inlets :
A gas-male ¼ connector cutting gas inlet
A 12/100 male connector assistance gas inlet
Comply with the 8-bar supply maximum pressures for the
two Cutting and Assistance gas circuits.
Depending on the type of gas used, comply with the
operating instructions (see « Safety instructions» manual).
