Cable entries for the sensor cable connection:
Optional M20x1.5 or ½" NPT or G ½" threads for cable entries or PG 13.5 cable
glands.
Unused cable entries must be closed tightly.

• For cable, cable glands and the installation, the requirements of the applicable
standards of category 3G are to be fulfilled.
• The signal and coil cable between sensor and transmitter must be installed with
shielding (acc. to cable specs.) Grounding of the shield is via the ground terminals
in the sensor and transmitter housings.
• The signal and coil cables are to be run protected from mechanical damage,
corrosion or chemicals (e.g. solvents), and heat.
• Unused cable entries must be closed tightly.
