6. Setup and commissioning
The device is delivered in a transport and storage case:
• Open the box and remove the device.
• Do not use the cutting bow (2) to lift the device out of the box.
• Hold the device by the base plate (1) and lift it out.
Transfer the device to the installation location on the frame and deposit it carefully on the lower large black fastening
screw (7) for the cutting bow. Open the locking bolt on the device holder (5) on the rear of the device and hang it on the
upper bar of the rear support.
The transformer (4) is now touching the lower frame section of the rear support. Close the locking bolt (5) on the device
holder and tighten the screw. When using the support leg available as an accessory, code no. 57 00 18, proceed in the

same way and hang the device on the upper support point of the support leg. This means that the device can be used
when free-standing in front of the frame or attached to the rear support on the frame. Make sure the device is mounted
securely and in the correct position.
Subsequently loosen the upper and lower fastening screws (7) for the cutting bow (2); open the bow to the stop and then
retighten the fastening screws (7).
Loosen the fastening screw (10) of the bearing rail (3), fold the rail out to the right stop and then retighten the fastening
screw (10). The bearing rail (3) is now at a 90 ° angle to the cutting wire.
Now insert the mains plug for the transformer (4) into the power socket (230 V). The device is now ready for operation.
Switch on the on/off switch on the transformer; the operating light is now lit.
7. Attaching to the frame rail and support leg code no. 57 00 18 (optional)
• Loosen the fastening screw on the device holder (5) and move the holder up to the device side with the locking bar
• Attach the device holder to the upper frame bar of the rear support or the support leg
• Move the locking bar back to the frame bar or support leg and tighten the locking screw by hand
