    Einleitung Hinweis: Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig vor der Inbetriebnahme. Achten Sie besonders auf die Sicherheit beim Betrieb, um Verletzungen bei sich und anderen Personen / Objekten zu vermeiden. Bitte beachten Sie die Hinweise dieser Anleitung, um Schäden am Werkzeug zu vermeiden. Das HotKnife 36 V ist ein professionelles, Akku-betriebenes Heiß-Schneide- werkzeug für geschäumte Kunststoffe wie WDVS-Platten.

    Befestigen einer Klinge Sicherheitshinweis: Stellen sicher, dass der Klingenwechsel nur mit ausgebautem Akku stattfindet, um unbeaufsichtigtes Betätigen des Auslösers zu vermeiden und Verlet- zungen auszuschließen. Lassen Sie nach der Anwendung ausreichend Zeit für die Kühlung der Klinge und die Klingenhalterung, um bei der Montage Verbrennungen zu vermei- den.

    Inbetriebnahme Temperaturregler, 16-stufig Auslöser Akku-Verriegelung Akku Klingenhalter Warnhinweis: Stellen Sie den Temperaturregler auf die mittlere Stufe und legen Sie die Klinge auf den Rand des zu schneidenden Materials an. Warnhinweis: Fixieren Sie den Auslöser niemals dauerhaft mit Klebeband oder ähnlichen Gegenständen! Das Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb vorgesehen und kann bei Nicht- beachtung zum Ausfall der Elektronik führen.

    Aufladen des Akkus mithilfe des Ladegeräts / Netzteils Vor dem erneuten Aufladen ist es nicht notwendig, den Akkublock komplett zu entladen. Der Lithium-Ionen-Akku kann jederzeit geladen werden und entwi- ckelt keinen „Memory-Effekt“, wenn er nach einer teilweisen Entladung auf- geladen wird. Den Akkublock zu einem geeigneten Zeitpunkt vom HotKnife 36 V abnehmen.

    Zusätzliche Sicherheit / Informationen für den Akku Um eine maximale Akku-Lebensdauer und bestmögliche Leistung zu gewähr- leisten, den Akku immer bei Temperaturen zwischen 18 - 24° C aufladen. Den Akku nicht bei Temperaturen unter 0°C und über 40°C aufladen oder lagern. Die Nichteinhaltung dieser Sicherheitsregel kann zu ernsthaften Beschädi- gungen am Akkublock führen.

    Bei langfristiger Einlagerung den Akku einmal im Jahr nachladen, um eine Tie- fenentladung zu vermeiden. Nach dem Aufladen den Akkublock abkühlen lassen. Nicht in warmen Bereichen oder unter direkter Sonneneinstrahlung belassen. Den Akku nur mit dem mitgelieferten Ladegerät aufladen und ausschließ- lich für den Betrieb mit HotKnife 36 V nutzen.

Waarschuwing: Zet de trekker nooit permanent vast met plakband of iets dergelijks! Het apparaat is niet bestemd voor continue gebruik; continue gebruik kan tot storingen in de elektronica leiden.
