12.2 Montage und Einstellung der
Näherungsschalter
(Pos. Nr. siehe Kapitel 11)
Baustein A und B:
1. Stellen Sie die Schnellspannhülsen (Pos. 21a) so ein, dass
sie von den vorbeischwenkenden Schaltnocken (Pos. 23)
etwa 0,5 mm Abstand haben. Klemmen Sie die Hülse dann
mit dem Gewindestift (Pos. 21b) leicht.
2. Lösen Sie den Gewindestift (Pos. 23-3) am Schaltnocken
(Pos. 23) ca. 1/2 Umdrehung, damit der Nocken sich erschie-
ben lässt.
3. Beaufschlagen Sie den Anschluss bei A, bis die Schwenkein-
heit ihre Endstellung erreicht hat. Schieben Sie jetzt den
Schaltnocken bis der Schalter bei B beaufschlagt ist.
4. Drehen Sie das Ritzel aus dieser Stellung und ziehen Sie den
Gewindestift (Pos. 23-3) wieder an.
Die Einstellung für die andere Endstellung erfolgt analog.
Baustein C:
Der Schaltnocken wird in die Nut montiert, die durch Auf-
schrauben der Klemmscheibe C (Pos. 19 bzw. 18) auf dem
Ritzel entsteht.
Der Näherungsschalter zur Abfrage der Zwischenstellung wird
durch die Klemmbrücke (Pos. 22) gehalten.
Stellen Sie den Schalter so ein, daß er vom vorbeischwenken-
den Schaltnocken ca. 0,5 mm Abstand hat. Klemmen Sie dann
den Schalter mit der Schraube (Pos. 75).
Die Einstellung des Schaltnockens geschieht wie zuvor für
Baustein A und B beschrieben.

12.2 Assembly and adjustment of
proximity switches
(For item-no. see chapter 11)
Version A and B:
1. Adjust the sleeves (item 21a) in a way that they have a
distance of appr. 0.5 mm to the swivelling control cams
(item 23). Slightly jam the sleeve with the set-screw
(item 21b).
2. Loosen the set-screw (item 23-3) with appr. a 1/2 turn at the
control cam (item 23) until the cam can be offset.
3. Actuate connection A until the swivel unit has reached its end
position. Move the control cam now until the switch is
actuated at B.
4. Turn the pinion and tighten the set-screw (item 23-3) again.
Repeat this procedure for the other end position.
Version C:
The control cam is mounted in the groove, which emerges from
the fixing of the clamping disk C (item 19 or 18) at the pinion.
The proximity switch is supported by the clamping pieces
(item 22) during monitoring of the intermediate position.
Adjust the switch in a way that the passing control cams have a
distance of 0.5 mm. Clamp the switch with a screw (item 75).
