VT75(VT63)
► Length of driving pipes = 1000 mm
Number of required driving pipes = measured dis-
tance + 1 additional driving pipe.
9
Connect the excavation rocket to the first driving pipe
and insert it through the centring sleeves (see Fig.:
10).
► Once the drilling rocket has stabilised in the soil after
insertion, the centring sleeves must be removed (see
Fig.: 10).

12 Mark the cutting edge with the aid of the centring
sleeves from the installation case (see Fig.:12).
13 Cut off the spigot of the driving pipe squarely and
use the deburring tool from the installation case to

6 Mounting the PolySafe VT75(VT63)
For the sake of clarity, the setting tool is not
shown in its actual form below. When installed
correctly, the indicator and scale point down-
wards.
1
Push the sponge rubber ring (or, where applicable,
rounded gravel disc) and the external sealing element
with resin filler tube onto the driving pipe (see Fig.
14).
► The resin filler tube must be positioned at the top and
centrally during the process.
16
If there is rounded gravel or unstable soil in the
area of the outside wall, a rounded gravel disc
(available as an accessory) must be used instead
of a sponge rubber ring (see Fig.: 14).

Check the set wall thickness (X) on the setting tool
(reduce in accordance with broken areas).
3
Position the setting tool with the slots on the screw
heads and the resin filler tube and push the entire
unit as far as the set stop in the core drill hole (see
Fig.: 15).

Check the position of the driving pipe in the setting
tool (end of driving pipe must contact the stop (A) of
the setting tool) (see Fig.: 16).
► If the driving pipe is pushed too far into the wall, it
must be pushed pack from the target pit.
► If the driving pipe is difficult to push in using the set-
ting tool, the setting tool can be driven in by striking
lightly with a hammer. Hold a square timber or similar
between the setting tool and hammer.

Carefully tighten all the internal hex screws of the ex-
ternal sealing crosswise in several steps via the guide
slots provided using the extended pin spanner (see
Fig.: 18).
6
Detach the setting tool.
► Control dimension, end of pipe to edge of inner wall:
approx. 20 mm (see Fig.: 19).
7
Only for driving pipes VT75:
If the driving pipe is not positioned centrally in the
core drill hole, fit the centring ring provided over the
driving pipe and push it to a depth of at least 90 mm
in the core drill hole. Guide the resin filler tube
through the centring ring (see Fig.: 20).
Insert the centring aid into the driving pipe and use it
