3 Tools and aids required
For the correct installation of the ESH Poly-
Safe VT75(VT63), the following tools and aids are required
in addition to the usual standard tools:
Tools:
1 ZAPPO ESH POLYSAFE VT MK installation case (Ar-
ticle no.: 1920001000) comprising:
1 setting tool
2 punching pins (75 and 63)
2 centring sleeves, aluminium (75/50 and 75/63)
2 half-shell centring sleeves, plastic (100/75 and
100/90)
- half-shell centring sleeves, 100/75 for Ø 75 mm

drilling rocket
- half-shell centring sleeves, 100/90 for Ø 90 mm
drilling rocket
1 centring aid
1 cartridge gun
1 pin spanner
1 deburring tool
1 side cutter
4 different socket wrenches
1 reversible ratchet
