■ Remove the battery pack
every time before cleaning
the appliance.
■ Ensure that no water seeps
into the appliance.
■ Never immerse the appli-
ance in water or other liq-
uids.
■ Do not insert the battery
pack back into the appli-
ance until all parts are com-
pletely dry.
Care and maintenance
■ Do not insert the mains
plug into the electrical
socket until all parts of the
charging station are com-
pletely dry.

Improper cleaning of the ap-

■ Do not use any abrasive
cleaners (scouring or thin-
ning agents) to clean the
appliance.
1. Press the On/Off button (3) to
switch off the appliance.
2. Remove the battery pack (18)
(see "Removing the battery
pack" on page EN-17).
3. Pull the mains plug (19) out of
the socket.
4. Wipe the
– appliance,
– charging station (14),
– fresh water tank (12),
– wastewater tank (6),
– filter element (42)
with a damp cloth as required.
Ensure that no liquid gets into
the appliance or the charging
station.
