Cleaning the brush
roller
If the brush unit (7) is heavily con-
taminated, the appliance stops
working, and the error message
symbol (26) flashes on the dis-
play (5). If this happens, clean the
brush unit.
Removing the brush roller
1. Press the On/Off button (3) to
switch off the appliance.
2. Pull the release handle (44) of
the brush cover (45) upwards
to remove the brush cover.

4. Pull the brush roller (46) side-
ways out of the holder (step 2).

1. Clean the brush unit (7) with
the tube brush (17).
2. Use a brush to remove dirt and
foreign bodies from the brush
roller (46).
3. Rinse the brush roller and
brush cover (45) with clean
water.
