der Ersatzteile

3.1 Vorgehensweise zur Ersatzteilermittlung

A. Ermittlung / Überprüfung des Armaturentyps
‣ Ermitteln Sie zuerst die Ausführung ihrer Armatur
CPA871 anhand des Typenschildes (kann direkt
aufgedruckt oder eingeätzt sein) oder der ur-
sprünglichen Lieferpapiere. Notieren Sie den
Bestellcode.
‣ Überprüfen Sie zur Sicherheit die Armaturenaus-
führung anhand der Bestellstruktur in Kapitel 3.2.
Verwenden Sie diese Bestellstruktur ausschließlich
zur Überprüfung der Armaturenausführung. Eine
Ersatzteilbestellung ist über die Bestellstruktur der
CPA871 nicht möglich! Verwenden Sie hierfür an-
schließend die Ersatzteil-Bestellstrukturen XPC0003
- XPC0008, siehe Abschnitt C.
‣ Achten Sie bei der Bestellung von mediumberühr-
ten Dichtungen auf das Dichtungsmaterial
(Dichtungsmaterial siehe Kapitel 3.2 /
Bestellstruktur CPA871 / Ausprägung 040,
z.B. CPA871-xxxx1...... = EPDM).
‣ Achten Sie bei Bestellung von mediumsberührten
Teilen auf den diesbezüglichen Armaturenwerk-
stoff (s. Kapitel 3.2 / Bestellstruktur CPA871 / Aus-
prägung 050, z.B. CPA871-xxxxxA...... = 1.4404).
B. Identifizierung des Ersatzteils
‣ Identifizieren Sie nun das benötigte Ersatzteil.
Verwenden Sie hierzu die Übersichtszeichnungen in
Kapitel 3.3 sowie die Beschreibungen der Ersatz-
teilkits in Kapitel 4.
‣ Die Hinweise in den Übersichtszeichnungen Bild 1-4
(z.B. "RG", "M2", "QP", .... ) entsprechen den Bestell-
ausprägungen in den Ersatzteilstrukturen XPC0003 -
XPC0008.
C. Ermittlung des Ersatzteil-Bestellcodes
‣ Ermitteln Sie zuletzt den Bestellcode des Ersatzteils
in Kapitel 3.3.
Beachten Sie die nachfolgenden Hinweise:
‣ Allgemeingültige Ersatzteile (nicht medium-
berührte Teile) sowie Dichtungen bestellen Sie
mit der Ersatzteilstruktur XPC0003.
‣ Mediumberührte Ersatzteile bestellen Sie mit einer
der Ersatzteilstrukturen XPC0004 ... XPC0008
(Erläuterungen siehe Kapitel 2).
D. Details zu den Ersatzteilen
‣ Details wie Lieferumfänge der Kits, Ansicht der Teile
und Anwendungshinweise finden Sie in Kapitel 4.

3. Identification and product code
of spare parts
3.1 Procedure for spare part identification
A. Identification / check of the assembly type
‣ First identify the version of your assembly CPA871
with help of the name plate (may be direct printed
or etched on the assembly) or the original shipping
documents.
Note the order code.
‣ To be on the safe side, use the CPA871 product
structure at chapter 3.2 for validation of the
assembly type.
Use this product structure for validation of the
assembly type only. Spare part orders are not
possible by use of this CPA871 product structure!
Use afterwards the spare part order structures
XPC0003 - XPC0008 for spare part orders, see
section C.
‣ Take care for the material of the gaskets if wetted
gaskets are ordered (material of gaskets see
chapter 3.2 / product structure CPA871 /
version 040, e.g. CPA871-xxxx1...... = EPDM).
‣ Take care for the basic material of the assembly if
wetted spares are ordered (material of assembly
see chapter 3.2 / product structure CPA871 /
version 050, e.g. CPA871-xxxxxA...... = 316L).
B. Identification of the spare part
‣ Now identify the required spare part.
For this, use the assembly drawings in chapter 3.3
and the descriptions of the spare part kits in
chapter 4.
‣ The references in the assembly drawings fig. 1-4
(e.g. "RG", "M2", "QP", .... ) corresponds with
the order code versions of spare part structures
XPC0003 - XPC0008.
C. Determination of the spare part product code
‣ At last, determine the product code of the spare
part in chapter 3.3.
Note the following tips:
‣ Use spare part product structure XPC0003 for
common used, non-wetted parts and for gaskets.
‣ Use the spare part product structures XPC0004 ...
XPC0008 for material specific wetted parts (see
explanations in chapter 2).
D. Spare part details
‣ See chapter 4 for details like scope of delivery ot
the kits, view of the spare parts and application
tips.
