Troubleshooting
The Beertender Keg has

not reached the right
dispensing temperature.
The Beertender Keg has
®
been shaken.
The tap handle is being
moved too slowly.
The glass is not clean or was
not rinsed in cold water.
The dispensing nozzle is
dirty.
The tap handle is not open
all the way.
The Beertender Keg
®
has not been chilled for
long enough and is thus
not at the right serving
temperature.
The Beertender appliance
®
is exposed to too hot a
temperature or direct
sunlight (see also section:
Cooling the keg and
Installing the Beertender
The Beertender has a
®
cooling issue
Allow the Beertender
Keg to cool to the right
temperature. You can
rely on the temperature
indicator on the control
panel of your Beertender
appliance.
Wait 4 hours before
dispensing beer.
Firmly and quickly pull the
handle down and forward
as far as it will go.
Use a clean glass that was
previously rinsed in cold
water.
Clean the dispensing nozzle.
Open the tap completely.
Allow the Beertender
to cool long enough in the
appliance.
Use the appliance indoors
and move it to a room
where the ambient
temperature does not
exceed 30°C.
