Tuning of the speed signal pulses
The driving speed limit at which the sensors switch on or off is 20 km/h and is controlled via speed signal. The
number of the speed signal pulses can be set specific to the vehicle.
Set function 8 to the required value for the number of speed signal pulses (pulses/s).
MWE9104F: Set function 9 to the required value for fine tuning the number of speed signal pulses (pulses/s).
This value is added to the value set in function 8.
Activating the engine noise filter
Set function 18 to the value 1 to activate the engine noise filter.
Setting the sensitivity of the sensors
MWE9104: Set function 43 to the required value (–9 = low ... +9 = high).
MWE9104F: Set function 23 to the required value (–9 = low ... +9 = high).
Setting the range of the sensors
MWE9104
Set function 45 to the required value to set the range of the middle sensors.
