2.1 Operating keys, switches/buttons

RLS 45 O / RLS 45 K / DS 45 RC
Operation with heat recovery (HR).
With LED display.
RLS 45 O/RLS 45 K: LED
PP 45 RC/PPB 30 RC: LED [17] orange
Units switch between ventilation and
air extraction in a 60-second cycle.
RLS 45 O / RLS 45 K / DS 45 RC
Cross-ventilation without heat
recovery (e. g. summer operation).
With LED display.
RLS 45 O/RLS 45 K: LED
PP 45 RC/PPB 30 RC: LED [17] blue
Ventilation units run with fixed direction
of air flow in ventilation or air extraction
mode.
RLS 45 K / DS 45 RC
Ventilation level 1 to 5.
Ventilation level 0 (ventilation Off) only
possible if Off function is activated.
RLS 45 O:
Ventilation level 1 to 5.
Ventilation level 0 (ventilation Off) only
possible if Off function is activated.
RLS 45 K / DS 45 RC:
ventilation with ventilation level 5.
Intermittent ventilation can be selected
in HR or cross-ventilation mode. With
PPB 30 K/RC units, system operation
can only be undertaken with basic setting.
To switch on, press key for 2 seconds,
the -LED flashes slowly.
On RC units, the current operating
mode LED [17] flashes twice, 5 times.
Operating time of 30 minutes. The
ventilation unit then switches back to
the ventilation level previously used.
To cancel, press a key.
With PPB 30 RC, the exhaust air mode
is triggered via the touch of a button
(blue LED 2x 2 seconds).

Intermittent
In the service menu of the PPB 30 RC,
the intensive ventilation can also be
configured instead of the exhaust air
mode. Abort: Press a key.
RLS 45 K / DS 45 RC
Sleep mode with ventilation level 0.
Sleep mode can be selected in HR
or cross-ventilation mode. With
PPB 30 K/RC units, system operation
can only be undertaken with basic set-
ting. To switch on, press key for 2 se-
conds, the
On RC units, all 3 LEDs light up and
then go out one after another.
Operating time of 60 minutes. The
ventilation unit then switches back to
the ventilation level previously used.

Intermittent ventilation, sleep mode or

system Off can be activated on RLS 45
K controller with optional switches.
When a function is switched on, the
LED flashes slowly.
Optional button/switch for PPB 30 K
exhaust air and/or intensive venti-
lation mode
If required, the PPB 30 unit can be
switched to exhaust air mode (45 m³/h
without HR) or intensive ventilation
mode (ventilation level 5 with HR)
using an optional button/switch.
The commissioning software can be
used to set parameters for how long
these functions last and for the start
delay for the switch. Once the timer
has elapsed, the ventilation unit
switches back to the previously used
ventilation level/operating mode.
