On the main screen click on SETTING

On the main screen click on SETTING
on the screen, then adjust the volume
by touching directly the bar on the
screen in System-Sound. For return to
main screen click on the icon HOME

USB FUNCTION.-
Insert an USB device with music files
to the jack (F) to play them.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.-
QUICK START.
Press the START key or QUICK START
on the screen and the machine will start
within
3
seconds,
countdown on the TIME display, at a
speed of 1.0km/h.
You can increase or decrease the
speed or the inclination setting by
pressing the SPEED +- keys or
INCLINE ▲▼ or pressing the icons on
the screen. To enter the value directly,
press the icon

GOAL MODE.-
This monitor has GOAL program.
For MANUAL program you can specify
the duration of the exercise (20:00-
99:00min),
calories (10-9999KCal).

The machine will start the count down
and until it reaches zero and the
monitor will beep several times to
advise you that you have reached the

You can increase or decrease the
speed setting in MANUAL mode by

pressing ▲▼ keys.
The machine will stop if you press the
STOP key or if you remove the
SAFETY KEY.
PROGRAM MODE.-
This monitor has 32 programs (P1-
P32).
Press PROGRAM on the main screen,
