GEWÄHRLEISTUNG / GARANTIE
WARRANTY
Es gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistung. Der Fachhändler darf das
HASE BIKE nur in einem sicheren und fahrbereiten Zustand über-
geben. Zusätzlich gewährt die Firma HASE BIKES eine Garantie von
drei Jahren – ab Kaufdatum – auf Bruch des Rahmens gemäß den
nachstehenden Bedingungen. Bei Registrierung des Rades unter www.
hasebikes.com/209-0-Fahrradpass.html verlängert sich diese Garan-
tie auf 5 Jahre.
– Die Firma HASE BIKES haftet nur für Mängel, die durch ihr Ver-
schulden am Rahmen und der Montage entstanden sind. Für Monta-
geteile haftet der jeweilige Hersteller.
– Diese zusätzliche Garantie gilt nur für den Ersterwerber, sofern er
die Bedienungsanleitung befolgt.
– Innerhalb der Garantiezeit von 3 Jahren ab Kaufdatum wird ein
gebrochenes Rahmenteil kostenlos instand gesetzt oder, sollte das
nicht möglich sein, durch ein neuwertiges Teil ersetzt. Ausgetausch-
te Teile gehen in das Eigentum der Fa. HASE BIKES über.
– Weitergehende Ansprüche bestehen aufgrund dieser Garantie nicht.
Insbesondere werden etwaige Demontage- oder Montagekosten
(z. B. beim Fachhändler) und Versandkosten von Fa. HASE BIKES
nicht erstattet. Sendungen an uns sind stets ausreichend zu frankie-
ren, da sie sonst nicht angenommen werden können.
– Die maximale Zuladung (Fahrer und Gepäck) des GRAVIT von 200 kg
darf nicht überschritten werden.
– Bei Wettbewerbseinsatz, Fahrten im Off Road Bereich oder Fahrten,
die nicht dem Nutzungsprofil eines Fahrrades entsprechen, erlischt
die Garantie und die gesetzliche Gewährleistung.
– Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch Unfälle.
– Keine Garantie erhält, wer für das GRAVIT ungeeignetes Zubehör
montiert, oder Zubehör unsachgemäß montiert. Deshalb lassen Sie
den Austausch und die Montage von Teilen nur durch den Fachhänd-
ler erledigen.
– Keine Garantie erhält, wer am Rahmen schleift, bohrt, biegt, oder
sonstige Modifikationen vornimmt.
– Durch eine Garantieleistung wird die Garantiezeit weder verlängert
noch eine neue Garantiefrist in Lauf gesetzt.
– Die Abwicklung der Garantieleistung erfolgt ausschließlich durch
das Fachgeschäft, bei dem das Rad gekauft wurde oder durch einen
unserer Vertriebspartner.
– Von Kindern darf das GRAVIT nur unter Aufsicht der Eltern gefahren
werden.

The statutory warranty applies. Therefore, the dealer must sell you
the HASE BIKE in a safe and roadworthy condition. In addition, the
company HASE BIKES offers a warranty of three years (from the date
of purchase) against frame breakage in accordance with the following

cycle-passport.html you can extend this warranty to 5 years.
– The company HASE BIKES is only liable for defects caused by faulty
workmanship on the frame or in the assembly process. Components
are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
– The additional warranty from HASE BIKES only applies to the
original owner and does not cover damage resulting from any use,
changes, or repairs that are not in accordance with the user's
manual.
– Within the warranty period of 3 years from the date of purchase,
HASE BIKES will repair any broken frame part free of charge. If the
part cannot be repaired, it will be replaced free of charge with a new
or like-new part. Any defective parts that are replaced by the compa-
ny HASE BIKES become the property of HASE BIKES.
– Any further claims beyond the scope of this warranty are excluded.
In particular, the company HASE BIKES will not cover the costs of
removing or installing parts (e.g. by the dealer) or shipping costs. We
do not accept postal deliveries with insufficient postage.
– Never exceed the maximum permissible load (rider and cargo) of
200kg (440 lb) specified for the GRAVIT.
– The statutory and HASE BIKES warranty will immediately become
void if the GRAVIT is used for competition purposes, ridden on rough
terrain, or used in any manner considered abnormal for a bicycle.
– Damage resulting from accidents is not covered by the warranty.
– The warranty also becomes void if the GRAVIT is fitted with in-
compatible accessories or if accessories are installed incorrectly.
Therefore, if you need to replace or install any components, be sure
to have the associated work performed by an authorized dealer.
– The warranty becomes void if any improper modifications (e.g. grind-
ing, drilling, bending, etc.) are made to the frame.
– Any repairs or replacements made without charge during the war-
ranty period do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original
purchase.
– A warranty claim can only be processed through the authorized
HASE BIKES dealer from whom the bike was purchased or through
one of our distribution partners.
– Children may only use the GRAVIT under parental supervision.
