Suitable Fruits: Strawberries, Raspberries or similar Berries, Cherries,
Oranges, Apricots
Wash the fresh and ripe fruits thoroughly, peel the skin, remove stones
and chop or mash
Fruits : Preserving Sugar approx. 2:1
To give a flavour use 1 – 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Stir fruits and sugar well. Only use plastic or wooden kitchen utensils to
stir the mash in the baking pan.
Pour the still hot and liquid mass in jars. Preferably turn the jars upside
town until the marmalade has cooled down
