6. Allow the baking pan to cool down first prior to clean it thoroughly with water

All preset programmes are selected by pressing the button Menü several times.
Each time you press the button you will hear a confirmation sound. The order of
the programmes is:

2 1:58 TEMP 175°C
3 3:40 TEMP 180°C
4 1:59 TEMP 190°C
5 3:30 TEMP 180°C
How to make Bread
This programme is for the basic programme for baking
normal bread. The programme consists of kneading, rise
and baking process. According to taste and to increase
flavour you can add dry ingredients such as pumpkin
seeds, pieces of bacon, roasted onions etc.
This programme is a quick programme. The times for
kneading, rise and baking are less than the basic
programme. But the bread, baked with the quick
programme is usually smaller and of dense texture
This programme is suitable for baking French bread. The
programme consists of kneading, rise and baking
process with longer rise process than the basic
programme. The bread baked with this programme
usually has a crisper crust and light texture.
This programme is for super rapid baking programme.
Kneading, rise and baking time are in a very fast way.
The bread baked with this programme is most rough
among all bread menus.
This programme is suitable for wholemeal breads.
Kneading, rise and baking time will match recipes for
wholemeal breads. We recommend not using the
delayed start tome function for baking wholemeal breads
as this will lead to poor results.
