Connect the cable to the new printed circuit
assembly (long-nose pliers).

Insert the sensor cable.
The earthing cable must not be clamped
under the control electronics. Ensure that
the cable routing is neat.

Put on the printed circuit assembly and
tighten the screws (Torx® profile T10).

Insert the light pipe with the flat side facing
upwards.

Close the housing and screw it on (Torx®
profile T15).
✓ Observe the sequence when tightening
the screws.
✓ Note the torque (3.5 Nm).

Attach the service specification plate.
✓ Read off the serial number and manufac-
turing date from the original specification
plate and write it on the service
specification plate with a white,
waterproof pen.

Carry out the earthing test and high-voltage
test.

Perform a function test.
Result
✓ The printed circuit assembly has been replaced.
