Signs and symbols
The signs and symbols in these operating instructions
should help you to safely use the operating instruction
and the furniture.
In this instruction manual, the following danger levels
are used to indicate potentially hazardous situations and
important safety regulations:
DANGER
Indicates a hazard with a high risk. It will
result in severe bodily injury or directly
in death.
WARNING
Indicates a hazard with a medium risk.
It will result in severe bodily injury or
possibly in death.
CAUTION
Indicates a hazard with a low risk. It will
result in mild bodily injury.
ATTENTION
Indicates a hazard that will result in
property damage.

Safety

Before starting work, carefully read through the
following safety instructions and information to
ensure safe handling.
Ensure you are familiar with all the functions of your
furniture.
Intended use
The furniture corresponds to the applicable safety condi-
tions when it is used for its intended purpose. The fur-
niture has been constructed for various living areas and
applications (kitchen, housework, dwellings, among other
areas)
▪ The furniture is solely for use in dry indoor areas.
▪ The furniture must only be used taking permissible
loads under consideration (see page 29).
