8.8 Sleep timer

With the sleep timer, the device can be auto-
matically switched to standby after an adjustable
time . The setting can be made either via the
button SLEEP or via the menu .
Note: The setting must be made quickly; the corre-
sponding indications for the sleep timer will only be
displayed for a very short time .
Via the button SLEEP:
Press the button repeatedly until the setting de-
sired is shown:
OFF, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes
Set sleep time

Via the menu:
1) Press the button MENU .
2) Turn the knob CONTROL SELECT to select

In the main menu, select and call up

When a sleep time has been set, the time be-
fore the device goes to standby will be indi-
cated behind a clock icon at the bottom of the
display . After going to standby, the device will
be reset to "OFF" again .

8.9 Alarm

From the standby mode, the device can be
switched on for 60 minutes at a specific time .
Two different alarm times can be set for this
purpose .
1) Press the button ALARM . The menu
will appear:

Alarm 1: Off [00:00]
Alarm 2: Off [00:00]
Alternatively, the menu can also be called
up via the main menu: Press the button
MENU, turn the knob CONTROL SELECT to

and press the knob to call it up .
