Adding a station to the station list manually
A station that is new and offers good reception
can be added to the station list without the need
to perform a station scan again . To do this, it is
necessary to know on which channel the station
is broadcast .
In the "DAB" menu, turn the knob CON-
TROL SELECT to select the menu item
and press the knob to call it up: From

the list of DAB channels, select the channel on
which the corresponding station is broadcast
and call it up . When the channel has been called
up and reception is sufficient (
indication), press the button PREV or NEXT:
All stations of this channel will now be added
to the station list and can be called up from this
list . To go to the station list, press the button

call it up .
Saving a station /
Calling up a station that has been saved
Ten stations can be saved for this operating
mode . The procedure for saving a station and
calling up a station that has been saved is the
same as in the operating modes "Internet radio"
and "Podcasts":

Deleting stations that are not available
Stations on the station list that are currently not
available (marked with a question mark on the

Compressing the dynamic range
For some broadcast programmes, the dynamic
range of audio signals can be compressed:
The volume will be increased for soft sounds
and decreased for loud sounds (suitable for

The display will show the station name and in-
formation about the station, the current pro-
gramme or the current music title:

8.5 Operating mode "FM radio"

Press the button MODE repeatedly until

Station scan / station tuning
To start the scan, press the knob CONTROL

before starting the scan (to the left: change
to scan downwards; to the right: change to

If required, turn the knob to fine-tune a
receiving frequency in steps of 50 kHz .
