4. Connect the inEos FireWire port to the FireWire port on the rear panel of
the PC with a FireWire cable.
5. Connect the inEos RS 232 port to the USB – RS 232 converter with the
RS 232 cable.
CAUTION
Immediate operability impaired
Immediate operability of the installed inLab 3D software without additional
adjustments can be ensured only if you use the USB port labeled as COM
3.
➢ Use only the USB port labeled COM 3.
6. Connect the USB port located at the upper left as viewed from the rear
(labeled COM3) to the other side of the USB – RS 232 converter with the
USB cable.
7. Connect the inEos to the power supply via the inEos power supply unit
and the power cable.
8. Turn on the power switch on the rear panel of the PC (if present).
