Inductive conductivity transmitter
Condition:
The sensor is connected to a PC with software FlexProgram installed.

The sensor and the reference sensor are mounted in one medium.

Instruction:
Open software FlexProgram on the PC.

Open setting AFI in the left column.

Measuring (Online).
Click on icon
f
Click on button Calibrate Sensor below the visualization.

Dialog window opens.
Navigate to Calibrate offset.
f
Enter the conductivity value measured by the reference sensor. For air calibration enter 0.
f
Click on Calibrate.
f
Enter the temperature measured by the reference sensor.
f
Click on Calibrate.
f
Result:
Calibration completed.
NOTICE
Alternatively the offset value, i.e. the divergence between the two measurement results of reference
sensor and sensor to be calibrated, can be directly entered in the Input-settings.
For further information, refer to the HELP menu in FlexProgram.
12.2 Sensor calibration with the aid of a reference medium
In this method, sensor calibration uses an appropriate reference medium.
NOTICE
This task can be done either using the FlexProgram or via IO-Link (e.g. BSS). The following example shows
calibration with FlexProgram.
Condition:

Instruction:
Open software FlexProgram on the PC.
