Enter the given conductivity value of the reference medium in field Conductivity.

12.3 Sensor calibration using the Baumer calibration box
In this method, sensor calibration uses calibrated resistors (dry calibration). For doing so, deinstall the
sensor.
NOTICE
This task can be done either using the FlexProgram or via IO-Link (e.g. BSS). The following example shows
calibration with FlexProgram.
Condition:
The sensor is connected to a PC with software FlexProgram installed.

The sensor is switched on.
„
The sensor and the reference sensor are mounted in one medium.

Instruction:
Open software FlexProgram on the PC.

Open setting AFI in the left column.

Click on icon Measuring (Online).

Click on button Calibrate Sensor below the visualization.

Dialog window opens.
Navigate to Resistance calibration section.

Select the required number of measuring points (calibration points) per measuring range from the drop-

down list Calibration points per range.
Insert the cable of the calibration box into the bore hole receiving the medium.
