Use
1. Switch on the scale
2. Put the item to be weighed onto the weighing platform
Place the item to be weighed in the centre of the weighing platform. If possible,
ensure that the item to be weighed does not protrude beyond the weighing platform.
The weight of the item on the weighing platform is shown on the display
You now know the weight of the item.

Using the hold function

– To display the measured weighing result for a prolonged period (up to 30 seconds),
press the "HOLD" button

– To deactivate the function, press the "HOLD" button again.
The weight reading is automatically released after 30 seconds.

Using the tare function

The tare function is designed to determine the difference between the gross or total
weight and the net weight of an item. It is required when weighing items which cannot
be weighed on their own.
The tare function makes it possible to reset the display

– Once the container weight has been tared, the display will show the
weight of the container (tare weight) as a negative value after it is
removed from the weighing platform. Pressing the "On/Off/Tare" but-
ton after unloading the weighing surface clears the tare weight.
– Then place the items to be weighed on the scale, making sure that
the sum of the additional weight and the tare weight does not exceed
the maximum capacity.
