Troubleshooting

Problem
The scale 3 does not
work.
The display 7 is blank.
The weight display is not
stable.
The weighing result is
clearly wrong.
The display shows "Err".
The display shows "Lo".

Possible cause
The AC adapter is not
connected.
The scale is not switched
on.
The batteries are depleted. Insert new batteries.
The scale has switched off.

charges.
The scale is not set up
correctly.
The scale is exposed to
temperature conditions

missible range.

exceeds the maximum
weighing capacity of
30 kg/60 kg.

Troubleshooting
Solution
Plug the AC adapter into a
power outlet.
Switch on the scale.
Switch on the scale again.
Close open windows or
relocate the scale.
Avoid vibrations or relocate
the scale.
Turn off the devices near
the scale or relocate the
scale.
Set the scale up correctly,
as described in chapter
"First use".
Only operate the scale
within the permissible tem-
perature conditions.
Turn off the devices near
the scale or relocate the

Unload the scale.
Restart the scale if neces-
