Replacing The Centre Brush Belt; Tools Required - Tennant S6 Bedienungsanleitung

1) Remove the rear bin.
2) Remove the main filter and pre-filter.
3) Blow the filter clean with compressed air (maximum pressure 6 bar -
87 psi). Safety eyewear must be worn.
4) Reinstate the filter, pre-filter and rear bin.

REPLACING THE CENTRE BRUSH BELT

TOOLS REQUIRED: 4 mm hex key, 5 mm hex key, 8 mm socket

1) Remove the top cowling from the machine by undoing the four screws.
2) Disconnect the battery by detaching the red/black connector.
3 Remove the right hand side cover.
4) Remove the fixing bolt securing the side brush arm, using a 5 mm hex
key.
5) Remove the side brush arm.
6) Loosen (but do not remove) the two motor mounting bolts (8 mm) and
pivot the motor anticlockwise to slacken the belt.
7) Remove the old belt and fit the new belt over the pulleys.
8) Tension the belt by pivoting the motor clockwise. Retighten the two
mounting bolts.
9) Refit the side brush arm.
10) Reconnect the battery and finally, refit the side cover and the top
cowling.
11) Test for correct operation.
