PULIZIA FILTRO POLVERE:
Ogni 40/70 ore di lavoro o quando necessita
controllare il filtro Part 7. Fig. 11, togliendolo
dalla sede, dapprima, battendolo a terra
(non violentemente) quindi per pulirli a
fondo, con un aspiratore potete aspirare
l'interno di esso con aria compressa,
soffiate dall'esterno all'interno, come
illustrato. Assicurarsi che il filtro sia sempre
in ottimo stato e all'occorrenza sostituirlo.

GUARNIZIONE ANTIPOLVERE:
Ogni 40/70 ore di lavoro, verificare la
condizione delle guarnizioni antipolvere
che circondano la spazzola centrale ed
all'occorrenza sostituirle Fig. 11a.
REGOLAZIONI E SOSTITUZIONI
CONTROLLO DELLA TRACCIA DELLA
SPAZZOLA CENTRALE:
Riscontrando che la macchina non pulisce
più perfettamente o tralascia sporco,
occorrerà effettuare un controllo della
traccia
Per controllare la traccia, lasciare
l a m a c c h i n a f e r m a e , s e n z a

avanzare ne retrocedere, lasciarla ferma nello
stesso punto per almeno 10/15 sec. Spegnere
il motore e far avanzare manualmente la
macchina, fino a che sul pavimento sarà
visibile la traccia che ha lasciato la spazzola
centrale nella rotazione, come mostrato in
Fig. 12.
SMONTAGGIO SPAZZOLA CENTRALE:
Procedere come segue. Fig. 13.

2) Rimuovere la protezione e il flap part. 2-3

Per rimontare la spazzola procedere con
sequenza inversa facendo attenzione al
verso delle cuspidi delle spazzole.

CLEANING THE DUST FILTER:
Every 40-70 hours of operation, or whenever
necessary, check the filter, Fig. 11, removing
it from is housing; first of all shake the filter
on the floor and then, to assure thorough
cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner, clean the
inside with compressed air blowing from the
outside inwards as shown. Make sure that the
filter is always in an excellent state of repair
and if necessary replace it.
DUST FLAPS
Every 40-70 hours of work check the con-
dition of the dust flaps surrounding the
main brush and if necessary replace them,
Fig. 11a.
ADJUSTMENTS AND REPLACE-MENTS
CENTRAL BRUSH TRACK ADJUSTMENT:
If you find the sweeper no longer cleans
thoroughly or leaves traces of dirt, it will
be necessary to make an adjustment of
the track.
To check the track, keep the
m a c h i n e s t i l l o n t h e s a m e
position for at least 10/15 secs, without
advancing nor retroceding. Switch off
the motor and let the machine advance
manually untill the track which was left by
the central brush during its rotation can be
seen on the floor, as shown on Fig. 12.
REMOVING THE CENTRAL BRUSH:
Proceed as follows. Fig. 13.
1) Unscrew the knobs part.1 Fig. 13.
2) Remove the protection cover and the flap
part. 2-3 Fig. 13.
3) Turn the main brush arm part. 4 Fig. 13
4) Slip out the main brush part. 5 Fig. 13.
To fit the brush back on, follow the above
instructions in reverse order, paying
attention to the direction of the brush tips.
