• If you come into contact with battery acid, wash
the affected area with water and soap.
If battery acid gets into your eye, rinse thorough-
ly with water, and seek medical treatment imme-
diately.
• Cleaning and user maintenance may not be
carried out by children without supervision.
• Batteries must not be swallowed!

Hazards from wear

• The article may only be used in perfect conditi-
on. Inspect the article for damage or wear be-
fore each use. The safety of the article can only
be guaranteed if it is inspected regularly for
damage and wear. Discontinue use if damage is
found.
• Only use original replacement parts.
• Protect the article from extreme temperatures,
sun, and moisture. Incorrect storage and use of
the article can lead to premature wear, which
can lead to injuries.
Inserting/exchanging batteries
(figure B)
CAUTION! Observe the following instruc-
tions in order to avoid mechanical and
electrical damage!
Danger!
Insert the included batteries before using the
article for the first time.
Note: The battery compartment is located on the
end of the dumbbell with the illustrated exercises.
1. Twist the battery cover and remove it from the
article.
Note: Example exercises are shown on the
battery cover.
2. Carefully insert the batteries into the battery
compartments.
Note: Please note the plus and minus poles on
the battery and ensure they are inserted correctly.
The batteries must be inserted completely inside
the battery compartment.
3. Twist the battery cover back onto the article.
Note: If the batteries stop working then ex-
change them as described.

Display function

The display comprises the following functions that
are set in turn for training:

On and off button (figure C)

Press the on and off button in order to switch the
article on and to be able to select more options.
Press the button again to end training.

TIMER (figure D)

You can set three different training times: 2, 4, and
6 minutes. Press on the button until the desired
training time is shown on the display.

LEVEL (figure E)

Press the button to select intensity. You can choose
between H (high vibration intensity) and L (low vi-
bration intensity). Press the button until the desired
vibration intensity has been selected.
Note: You can change the vibration intensity at
any time during training by pressing the button.
The selected vibration intensity can be seen by the
illumination of the lamp behind the letter H or L.

START (figure F)

Press the START button to start the training. The last
three seconds are signalled by a beeping sound.
Then the article will switch off automatically.

Quick start

You can either carry out the settings as described
or start training immediately without settings.
To do this press the on and off button (figure C)
and start (figure F). You will train automatically for
two minutes on low vibration intensity.

General training notes

Training procedure
• Wear comfortable sports clothing and shoes.
• Warm up before each training session and end
the training gradually.
• Take sufficiently long breaks between the
exercises and drink enough fluids.
• As a beginner you must never train with too
much intensity. Slowly increase the training
intensity.
• Carry out all the exercises steadily without too
much speed or jerky movements.
• Make sure you breathe steadily. Breathe out
with effort and in upon recovery.
