USE
•
Keep a firm grip on the handle (4) and
support handle (5) when in use.
•
Make sure not to put your hand over the
ventilation openings on the product, this
can cause the product to overheat. Wait
until the disc has reached maximum speed.
•
For best results, hold the grinding disc at
an angle of 15-30° to the workpiece.
Move the tool smoothly backwards and
forwards, without pressing too hard. This
prevents ridging and overheating or
discolouring of the workpiece.
•
Always check that the tool, the guard and
the grinding disc are in good condition
before use. When the disc comes into
contact with the workpiece this produces
a lot of sparks. The guard must be
positioned so that hot sparks are directed
away from the user.
•
Run the angle grinder at a suitable speed
for the accessory in use.
FIG. 8
NOTE:
•
Do not block the openings on the angle
grinder – risk of overheating and
material damage.
•
Switch off the product after use.
