2. Processing

2.1. Process the damage

1. Process minor damage or scratches with the precision grinder (Proxxon)
and a suitable StoneLux ® 2.0 diamond tool.
Warning!
Hairline cracks are only cleaned with alcohol, not machined with the Proxxon.
Note: Diamond tool: "Wheel" for damage extension
Diamond tool: "Cylinder" for increasing damage
Diamond tool: "Cylinder" for deepening damage
Note: Ceramic surfaces can be processed with diamond-sintered
tools from the StoneLux
2. Carefully blow loose parts and dust from the damaged area with bellows
3. Carefully wipe out the damaged area with cleaning solution and dry with the bellows.
Note: You must not touch the damaged area with bare hands after it has been cleaned.

2.2. Create the bond

The StoneLux ® 2.0 primers achieve high and permanent adhesion of StoneLux
materials to stone, stoneware, quartz composite, ceramics and tiles.
Two types of primer are available for this purpose.
· Granite primer (label colour: orange)
Granite
· Universal primer (label colour: yellow)
Marble - stoneware - quartz composite - ceramics - tiles
Apply StoneLux ® 2.0 granite primer or StoneLux
area with an application pen. Then leave it to air dry for about 30 seconds.
Note: The pen tip should always be clean. If it is very dirty,
the tip of the pen can be turned over.
