4.4. Repair using the structure technique

1. Choose an area from the entire surface of the repair object that has a distinctive surface structure.
2. Using the separator pen from the Ceramic repair module, cover a part of the surface that is slightly larger than
the area to be repaired.
3. Place the application cannula on the StoneLux ® 2.0 transpa repair syringe and tighten.
4. Thinly apply the paste to the covered surface.
5. Position the blue:tron ® ®
lighting unit as close as possible to the StoneLux 2.0 material
Warning:
The LED lighting head must not come into contact with the material. Then turn the light on for 15 seconds.
6. Carefully take the transparent StoneLux ® 2.0 negative stamp off the surface using the spatula side of the
application instrument.
7. Repair the damaged area using the transpa, retouching or crystal technique as per section 4.1., 4.2, or 4.3.;
however, do so WITHOUT the final light-curing step and WITHOUT overfilling the damaged area. The material must be level
with the repair surface.
8. Cover the repair surface with an orange protective cover to avoid premature curing.
9. Carefully coat the inside of the negative stamp with the separator pen from the Ceramic repair module.
10. Remove the orange protective cover from the repair site and carefully put the transparent StoneLux ®
2.0 in position.
Warning: Do not press on.
11. Carefully clamp the blue:tron ® lighting unit with the LED lighting head over the StoneLux ® 2.0 negative stamp (do not allow
the lighting unit to touch the stamp). Then turn the light on for 15 seconds.
