4.6. Finish the repair

1. Place the composite planer centrally on the cured excess StoneLux ®
2.0 repair material.
Next, carefully plane off the excess down to the material surface.
Warning: Do not place the planer against the repair material (risk of levering out)
Note: Carefully clean the surface of the planer before each use using a cleaning brush.
Note: The planer blade can be adjusted in height using a slotted screwdriver and can be used on both sides.
2. Fill working cup with water. Lightly moisten repair site with water.
3. Carefully sand wet repair surface with fine sanding pads in 4 steps.
Sequence: Grain 400 –> 800 –> 1500 –> 3000
(Alternatively: vibrating sander * available separately)
4. Apply a small amount of StoneLux ®
2.0 polishing paste to the sanded repair site.
Then, polish using the felt side of the polishing block, applying light pressure.
5. Clean the repaired surface with water and dry it.
